Peerlock is built to need as little personal data as possible: there are no accounts, emails or passwords. This policy explains what the Service at peerlockx.com does store, why, and who else is involved.

What we store#

The blockchain is public#

Offers, trades and transfers in the escrow program are recorded on Solana. Blockchain data is public, permanent and outside our control: we can't edit or delete it.

Cookies#

We use only cookies that are needed for the Service to work, and no advertising or analytics cookies.

Service providers#

We rely on a few providers to run the Service. They process data only as needed to provide their service:

How long we keep data#

Trade records, chat messages and receipts are kept for as long as they may be needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Offers you close or pause stop being shown on the board.

Your rights#

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how it's used. Contact us at @x402peerlock on X. We may keep records we need for fraud prevention, open disputes or legal obligations, and we can't change data recorded on the blockchain.

Security#

Data is sent over HTTPS, and payment details are only returned to the buyer of the trade they belong to and to moderators. No system is perfectly secure, so never share your recovery phrase or private keys with anyone, including us.

Children#

The Service is not for anyone under 18.

Changes#

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
