For everyone#

• Keep every conversation in the trade chat. Moving to another app removes the evidence moderators rely on.
• Peerlock staff will never DM you first and never ask for your recovery phrase.
• Check that you're on peerlockx.com before connecting your wallet.

For buyers#

• Only pay the account shown inside your open trade.
• Don't mention crypto in the payment note.
• Keep your receipt and payment reference until the trade is complete.

For sellers#

• Release only when the payment is completed in your payment app, from a name that matches.
• Prefer methods with low reversal risk for larger amounts.
• Be wary of buyers who rush you or offer extra to skip steps.
